The climate of Hurghada (Egypt)
The seaside resort of Hurghada is located in the most touristy region of Egypt. The desert climate is the reason why rainfall is negligible. During the summer the sun is the dominant feature in the daily the weather. Winters are more pleasant and the best period to visit Hurghada. Many water sports can be enjoyed here, but the main focus is on diving and snorkeling. The bright blue skies give the sea a beautiful color and the sunrays can penetrate to a great depth under water. This makes diving even more intense than in other places. Hurghada is a good sun destination even for those who don’t like water sports. The luxurious hotels and resorts offer almost everything for a pleasant holiday.
