The climate of Baga (India)
Baga was a real hippie seaside resort in the sixties. From all over the world hippies came flying to this place to experience love, peace and happiness. That atmosphere of the earlier days is completely gone. Baga is now the Costa del sol of India. Indian culture and history are far to seek here. If you want to learn more about foreign cultures this is not the place. For those to whom all this does not appeal and rather prefers going out and amusement this is a wonderful place. Baga more and more develops into a hip and trendy seaside resort. With many accommodations for going out such as clubs and lounge restaurants.
The climate in Baga is a tropical monsoon climate. This climate is characterized by a subdivision into two periods. A dry period and a rain period. The rain period lasts from June up to and including September. Then the rain can really come down in buckets. All the other days of the year it is almost completely dry with just a cooling seabreeze as an interchange of the hot sun.
