The climate of Victoria de Durango (Mexico)
Victoria de Durango is the capital of the centrally situated federal state of Durango. Durango is located at the foot of the Sierra Madre. The capital used to be called Victoria de Durango, nowadays it is Durango for short. The climate is very diverse; summers are wet and hot. Winters can be extremely cold, snowfall is not uncommon. Durango is known as a film location. Several big Hollywood productions were filmed here.
