The climate of Daytona Beach (Florida - United States of America)
Daytona Beach is a well known destination in Florida, it is also a very popular destination among Americans. Daytona Beach is mainly known for the DAYTONA 500 race. Near the circuit you can find a museum where you can learn all about the history of American races. This museum is a must see for petrolheads. Races are still held regularly on the circuit. In March Daytona Beach is crowded with ‘spring breakers’. During this period American teenagers celebrate their spring break to the fullest in the many clubs and bars in Daytona Beach. The beach is very wide here. Along the beach a beautiful old boulevard can be found where you can see and be seen. This part of the beach was made suitable to drive on, which is quite unique. This way you can watch the city from the beach. Daytona Beach has a subtropical climate. From March it is pleasantly warm here and precipitation figures are low.
