The climate of Naples (Florida - United States of America)
Naples is located on the west coast of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. Naples is located near the Everglades and is an ideal starting point to explore this area. Together with Marco Island this part of the coast is also known as Paradise Coast. About 80% of this region is a preservation site. Along the entire coast white beaches and azure blue seas can be found. Several beaches have many facilities such as restaurants and bars. Other beaches are very peaceful and quiet and are ideal for long romantic walks. The weather in Naples is very pleasant. Because the city is located on the leeward side of the Gulf of Mexico it is always pleasantly warm here. Subzero temperatures and snowfall are uncommon. The summer is the wettest period with the occasional heavy shower. However, these are always short lived.

More climate information
Climate figures are very useful but don’t present a general impression of the climate and the eventual weather circumstances within a certain period. The figures don’t always reflect the chance of wintry weather, extreme heat or hurricanes. That is why we offer useful extra climate information for each month of the year:
