Saint Paul is the capital of the state of Minnesota. Saint Paul
adjoins Minneapolis, these two cities are known as Twin Cities. This
metropolis is home to about 4 million people. Because Saint Paul is
located in the north its population is mainly Caucasian.
Saint Paul has a continental climate with cold, snowy and bleak
winters. Minneapolis-St Paul is the coldest metropolis in the United
States with an average annual temperature of only 7 degrees Celsius
(45 degrees Fahrenheit). The fact that the average annual temperature
is as low as it is because winters are not only cold, they are also
