The climate of Saint Paul (Minnesota - United States of America)
Saint Paul is the capital of the state of Minnesota. Saint Paul adjoins Minneapolis, these two cities are known as Twin Cities. This metropolis is home to about 4 million people. Because Saint Paul is located in the north its population is mainly Caucasian.
Saint Paul has a continental climate with cold, snowy and bleak winters. Minneapolis-St Paul is the coldest metropolis in the United States with an average annual temperature of only 7 degrees Celsius (45 degrees Fahrenheit). The fact that the average annual temperature is as low as it is because winters are not only cold, they are also long while summers are fairly short.
