The climate of Bulawayo (Zimbabwe)
Bulawayo is a large city located in the southwestern part of Zimbabwe in the province of Matabeleland. The city itself is also seen as a province. In the vicinity of the city Matopas National Park can be found, one of the most popular parks in the country. The ruins of Kame are a Unesco world heritage site and are only a few kilometers away. The city itself is a modern African city which reminds you of a western city. Bulawayo has a moderate China climate with a distinct wet and dry season. The rainy period is from October till April and is not as heavy as in the rest of the country. Daytime temperatures are very pleasant all year round. In rare cases subzero temperatures during the night may occur.
