The climate of Old Crow (Canada)
Old Crow is located in the province of Yukon in Canada. The Indian
community almost completely depends on the caribous that live here.
The animals are hunted on for their meat and fur. This area has a
sub-arctic climate. Temperatures are -13 degrees Celsius on average.
The coldest temperature on record is -66 degrees Celsius. There is
only a little rainfall here which makes this a Taiga. Old Crow gets
about 129 centimeters of snow per year. The area is not very moist.
