The climate of Novigrad (Croatia)
The city of Novigrad is situated on an elongated fjord on the sea of
Novigrad on the mouth of the Mirna River. Novigrad is a former island
that has been connected to the main land since the 18th century.
Because of its situation on the leeward side Novigrad has been spared
several disasters and has been able to keep its original charm. The
medieval streets, city walls and towers are all well worth visiting.
Because of the warm and sunny Mediterranean weather summers are
pleasant and winters are mild.
