The climate of Strassburg (France)
The town of Strassburg is the capital of the region of Alsace and is
situated on the frontier with Germany. This “capital” of Europe is
seat of the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights.
Because Strassburg is situated much more inland it has less influence
from the sea. That is why the climate is somewhat fitful. The winters
can get very cold and in the summer the temperature is approximately
25 degrees. Because of its situation on the hills it can rain
regularly in Strassburg in the summer.
