The climate of The Vosges (France)
The Vosges is a mountain area in the north-east of France and very
popular with nature-lovers. The Vosges are very beautiful every season
of the year. In the autumn the extensive deciduous forests have
magnificent colours, in the winter the hills are covered with a layer
of snow which, as if by magic, transforms the scenery into a
fairy-like whole. In the spring the sun shines already regularly which
is continued in the summer. Here it can be delightfully warm. No
tropical temperatures, it is approximately about 25 degrees and
because it is a mountainous area also a thunderstorm can break out
every now and then. These are also quickly over though.
