The climate of Cattolica (Italy)
Cattolica is a municipality in the province of Rimini and is situated
on the Adriatic Riviera. Cattolica is one of the cosiest villages on
this coast. The beaches of Rimini and Riccione and the beach of
Cattolica are simply one uninterrupted stretch of beach. One of the
largest discotheques of Italy can be found here which attracts many
visitors from Rimini. During the high season there is often a show on
the central square with fountains, lights and all kinds of music.
Cattolica has a sea climate. During the summer temperatures may rise
up to a pleasant 27 degrees Celsius. Apart from the occasional
thunderstorm Cattolica hardly gets any rain during the summer. Winters
are mild which can be expected from this type of climate. Only in the
higher regions subzero temperatures may occur during the night. On the
coast temperatures almost always stay above freezing point.

More climate information
Climate figures are very useful but don’t present a general impression
of the climate and the eventual weather circumstances within a certain
period. The figures don’t always reflect the chance of wintry weather,
extreme heat or hurricanes. That is why we offer useful extra climate
information for each month of the year:
