The climate of Puebla (Mexico)
Heroica Peubla de Zaragoza or Puebla for short is the capital of the
federal state of Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza. The nickname of the city
is Angelópolis which is used as a hypocorism. Differences in
temperatures may be very large here. The difference between daytime
temperatures and night time temperatures may be as high as 25 degrees
Celsius. The rainy period is from April to October; large amounts of
precipitation can be expected during this period. The colonial city
center of Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza has been a Unesco world heritage
site since several years. The cathedral of Puebla is the second
largest in Mexico, only the cathedral of Mexico City is larger.
