The climate of Xcaret (Mexico)
Xcaret is an old archeological site on the Yucatan peninsula. The
Xcaret Eco Park can also be found here. Xcaret is located in the
vicinity of Playa del Carmen which makes this an ideal destination for
a beach vacation combined with archeological excursions. Xcaret has a
tropical savannah climate with hot summers with high humidity figures
and pleasantly warm and dry winters with pleasant humidity figures.
The rainy period is from June till the second part of October,
rainfall may be heavy during this period.
