The climate of Fort Myers (Florida

Fort Myers is located where the Caloosahatchee River flows into the
Gulf of Mexico. Fort Myers is also known as the gateway to the
Southwest of the United States. The city has been a popular seaside
resort for several decades. Both Thomas Edison and Henry Ford had a
vacation home here. The Boston Red Sox train here outside the season.
The beaches of Fort Myers are very beautiful. The white sandy beaches
with palm trees complete the picture. Fort Myers has a subtropical
climate with low precipitation figures. During the summer average
temperatures are about 32 degrees Celsius (90 degrees Fahrenheit).
During the winter average temperatures are 24 degrees Celsius (75
degrees Fahrenheit). On average Fort Myers gets 540 millimeters (21
